How did I add that?
Well I added that using two popular services on the net. They are
Last.fm - My favourite FM. This service lets others know what you are listening to. This site also provides you with a RSS for the songs which you listened recently. It will look something like this
http://ws.audioscrobbler.com/1.0/user/EnigmatriX/recenttracks.rssFor getting this RSS ofcourse you must have signed up with last.fm and should be using their audioscrobbler plugin for the music player which you use. This is just step one.
Once you have the RSS, your next step is to publish a feed for this RSS. This can be done by many free service on the net. I have chosen feedburner. Once you signup with feedburner you can create and publish a feed for the RSS you obtained from last.fm. Now feedburner has a nifty feature called buzzboost which will republish the feed as HTML. so using that you can create a script which when placed in your blog will be converted into HTML while displaying.
After you get the script add it to your site and voila you can show the world what you are listening to. This is kinda my first tutorial explaining what I have been doing. If you need any clarification feel free to ask.
